​We are grateful that we could organize a meet up between two amazing people. Liam is 9 years old and is diagnosed with Severe Combined Immunodeficiency (SCID). He had an Ewigs sarcoma tumor removed and has overcome chemo, a bone marrow transplant, and major reconstructive surgery. 

What makes it extra special is that Jake just finished his second battle with cancer. Jake’s been through a lot and he’s battled back to be on the ice enjoying the game he loves, and he continues to inspire these kids who look up to him.
