​SPECIFIC BEQUEST OF PERSONAL OR REAL PROPERTY:
​I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the Mitchell Thorp Foundation, a nonprofit corporation having its headquarters at 6965 El Camino Real, Suite 105-433, Carlsbad, CA 92009, [insert a detailed description of property].
