"Whole lot of Hope" 5k Huge Success

​​MTF 5K Raises Over $150,000 for Critically Ill Children
​
The 4th annual Mitchell Thorp Foundation (MTF) "Whole Lot of Hope" 5K Run/Walk, which took place on Saturday, February 2, 2013, at Poinsettia Park, Thorp Field in Carlsbad, was a resounding success for the families served, drawing well over 1,000 participants.  Funds raised will go toward the medical expenses not covered by insurance, basic living and food, transportation to and from hospital and Doctor visits, sibling support who get neglected during this difficult time, family therapy and more.
