Hearts for Hope

Out of the greatest grief, Brad & Beth Thorp have created incredible blessings for families in need.  Brad & Beth all too intimately know the needs of families with children suffering from life-threatening illnesses, and they know the difference that emotional and financial support can make during the most stressful and heartbreaking times.  During their five year journey with their own son's illness, they were supported by the Carlsbad community and the walk/run created to help with all their medical costs.  Today, six years after their son Mitchell passed away, the Thorps are committed to supporting and offering hope for other families in need through the Mitchell Thorp Foundation
