Hi my name is Shea I'm 17 years old. I have had bilateral lung and heart transplant, pulmonary hypertension my transplant took place on December 19, 2014. My mom is a single parent raising me and my brother. My mom had to take a leave of absence from her job to care for me, so you can imagine the hardship it places on her and me. Thank you for your most recent donation to our family. The grocery gift cards, gas gift cards and the Target gift card to get me some new clothes since I lost so much weight means so much. I will look forward to the upcoming 5K run/walk up in Santa Clara.
