Kasey age 13 and a amazing soccer player has had the unfortunate diagnosis of Aneolar Rhardomyosarcoma Cancer, which is currently under treatment at Rady's Children Hospital.  She is a fighter and is determined to beat this, she is smart,athletic and has a great attitude.
MTF is helping this family get Kasey therapy sessions in coping with her condition.  Insurance is not covering it and the parents simply can not afford it.  MTF came along side this family to get Kasey well and thriving again.  

​Nadia was not supposed to live past age 1 she is now age 5.  She has been diagnosed with unrepairable tretrology of fallot with puliminary artresia, blood clot blocking her portal vein in liver, developmental delays.  Her mother's wish for her fifth birthday is to take her Disney Land to see her favorite Mickey & Minnie Mouse.  MTF granted her wish Happy Birthday Nadia and many more to come.
