Addison

​Addison is eight years old she has been diagnosed with a rare blood disorder called Aplastic Anemia a type of Leukemia. She has been in and out to the hospital often as it was touch and go go awhile. She has had her bone marrow transplant and is home now recovering.  

Mom was laid off her job due to all the time she needed to take off to be by her bedside. 

The hospital reached out to MTF to see how we could help. MTF has provided a grant under the Medical & Home Assistance program to help this family with some living expenses.
