Jackeline

​Jackeline is diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis (CF), Diabetes, Pancreatic Insufficiency and liver disease.  She has been battling this since birth with constant hospital visits. Jackie's mom is a single parent helping Jackie along with her older sister who also has CF and is receiving a lung transplant.  MTF is helping this family through our Medical and Home Assistance program.  If you feel led to help this family and Jackeline please donate any amount.
