Precious Jacob

Precious Jacob is 2 years old diagnosed with brain cancer. He is such a little fighter. Mom had to leave her job to stay by Jacob during treatment and hospital stays. The medical bills and out of pocket expenses have taken their toll on the family. MTF met them in the hospital in September and helped them through the Medical & Home Assistance Program.
